How the Give Back Drive Works

To get started, access the Give Back Drive Club Fundraising Toolkit at showyour4hcolours.ca/giveback/toolkitThis kit contains information for your club to learn more about the importance of electronics recycling and how to fundraise.

Decide on a date in November your club wants to organize an electronics recycling (eRecycling) community collection event and the amount you want to fundraise, then sign up online at fundrazr.com/4hgivebackdrive.

Start promoting your event and asking friends and family to contribute – they can either support by donating their end-of-life electronics, make a financial donation to 4-H or both!

Hold your event

After the event ends contact EPRA-Recycle My Electronics to arrange pick-up of all the electronics collected for safe recycling at 1-888-928-9118 or marketing@recyclemyelectronics.ca.

4-H Canada will issue a grant back to your club for 50% of the donations you collected and ship your members’ rewards! Clubs can expect to receive their funds and rewards no later than January 31, 2020.

Keep fundraising until November 30!

After you sign up, 4-H Canada and the Electronic Products Recycling Association (EPRA) will provide you with your event kit in late October which contains all the information and promotional material your club needs to hold your collection event.
